In 2021, with improvement in Chicago’s real estate market, my spouse and I made the decision to place our 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condominium residence on the market. We interviewed several real estate representatives recommended by friends and neighbors. Jake Steinle of Compass Real Estate stood as the clear winner. His presentation was focused, with emphasis on appropriate comparable properties and the right pricing of our home. He showed a strong working knowledge of Chicago, nearby neighborhoods, and high-rise buildings. The materials prepared to market the property included an inviting description and top-quality photos. A video of the home and its surrounding neighborhood brought the viewer into Streeterville and our building. The photography was evident of Jake’s desire to market a unique brand of property.
